26 February 2015
Dear GGI Member and Friend
We are delighted to invite you to the third GGI Italian Business Summit, this time in Florence, Italy, on 29-31 May 2015. The meeting follows the great success of the two previous Summits that took place in Rome over the last two years.
In case you are still undecided as to whether or not you will participate, here are some aspects you might want to consider about the city of Florence: not only known as the birthplace of Renaissance, Florence was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1982 and ranked by Forbes in their ‘Top 10 Most Beautiful Cities in the World’. But there is a lot more to see and to do: a visit to Chianti and its breathtaking panoramas, direct contact with Fashion World and, last but not least, a full immersion in what the Italians do best: Food & Wine.
If it sounds like this might be a light and relaxing weekend, be careful because it is most certainly is not! We have a couple of Practice Group Meetings on Friday afternoon, hosted by Studio Sistini Grossi, and the Italian Business Summit Conference will take place on Saturday morning in a special venue where we will be surrounded by masterpieces of art from the Renaissance.
We also kindly invite you to bring your family and any other person you would like to invite to join us. We are not just saying this, we have arranged a special programme for all Accompanying Persons to truly experience the meaning of “Made in Italy”: a cooking class, an intensive shopping session, a game of golf and, for the ones staying on Sunday 31 May, the option of a morning tour to ‘Galleria dell’Accademia’ or a full-day trip to EXPO2015, the Universal Exposition with participants from over 140 countries.
Finally, we do also want to tell you that the Saturday night will be special. Book soon to be sure of being one of the lucky participants to have dinner ‘Under the Bridge’*.
Should you have any queries, please contact us directly at: firstname.lastname@example.org. We would love to see you in Florence!
